In short
Compare the CRMs matchmakers use in 2026: HoneyBee Match, SmartMatchApp, Una, LEVEL and LeConnex, with pricing, team costs, free trials and networks.
A matchmaking business runs on people: their preferences, their dates and how each date went. A sales CRM tracks deals, so most matchmakers end up choosing between a handful of tools built for matchmaking. Here is how the main options compare, using what each company publishes on its own website, read in October 2026.
What to compare
- How you pay for a team. Some tools charge for each admin, others charge once for the firm.
- What every plan includes. The client portal, your branding and onboarding are often add-ons.
- Whether you can try it. A free trial lets you test it with your own clients before you pay.
- How you find matches outside your database. A network of other firms widens every search.
- How your data is protected. Look for the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR and California's CCPA and CPRA.
HoneyBee Match
Built only for professional matchmakers. HoneyBee Match is priced per firm: Starter is $49 a month, Growth is $79 with up to 3 matchmakers, and Agency is $199 with up to 5. The client portal and your branding are included in every plan, with a 30-day free trial and a free, dedicated onboarding that securely imports your data.
The Pollinator 🐝 Marketplace and 🍯 Hive Search connect you to more than 50 vetted firms, each approved by our team, and the client stays yours. HoneyBee Events adds speed dating and mixers for $29 a month. Prices here are in US dollars; the pricing page shows them for your country.
SmartMatchApp
One of the longest-running matchmaking CRMs, also used by networking groups, mentorship programs and event organizers. Plans are $49, $99 or $149 a month per admin, so three matchmakers on Essential pay $147, and setup is free. The member portal is a paid add-on on the Advanced and Ultimate plans, priced per 2,500 members, and branding is not included on Essential. Speed dating is a separate product, SpeedMatchApp, from $100 a month. Compare HoneyBee and SmartMatchApp.
Una
Built for matchmakers. Una prices each plan per admin at $49, $79 or $179 a month, so three matchmakers on its Grow plan pay $237. A branded client app comes with Pro and above, and you can see candidates from matchmakers you already collaborate with. Compare HoneyBee and Una.
LEVEL
Matchmaking software from a company that also sells matchmaking to singles. Pricing is only available with a demo, and clients go through LEVEL's own EVT Matching™ onboarding. Compare HoneyBee and LEVEL.
LeConnex
A full-featured platform at $99.95, $199.95 or $299.95 a month, with setup fees of $250, $450 or $650. The two lower plans include 100 or 250 records, then charge $0.75 or $0.25 for each additional record. Compare HoneyBee and LeConnex.
A generic CRM or spreadsheet
HubSpot, Salesforce or a spreadsheet can hold names, but you build the profiles, intake forms, date planning and feedback yourself. Why matchmakers need a matchmaking CRM.
Which one fits your business
Starting out? Look for a free trial, your branding on every plan and onboarding done for you. See the CRM for new matchmakers.
Running a team? Compare what three or five matchmakers cost, not the starting price, and check that everyone works in one shared database. See the CRM for matchmaking agencies.
Serving high-end clients? Look for profiles in your own brand and date follow-up that runs without you. See the CRM for boutique matchmakers, or use our six questions for choosing matchmaker software.
