How many people are in your network?
HoneyBee doesn't publish the size of its network, to protect the privacy of our customers and their clients. More than 50 matchmaking firms work together on the Pollinator 🐝 Marketplace, and each brings its own network of clients and members.
Who can see my client database?
Only your firm. Your HoneyBee Match database is private. Another firm sees a profile's details only when you post it to the Pollinator 🐝 Marketplace. A Hive Search shows other firms just a count of matching profiles, and you decide whether to propose a match. The person always stays your client.
Does HoneyBee sell matchmaking to singles?
No. HoneyBee builds software for matchmakers and never sells matchmaking services to singles, so we never compete with you for clients.
For Singles Working With a Matchmaker
Will my picture be posted to social media after I fill out the form?
Not by HoneyBee. HoneyBee never uses your profile, photos or answers for marketing. Your profile is held for the matchmaking firm you signed up with, so check the agreement that firm gave you, or ask them, to learn how they share or use your information.
How do I update my profile?
If your matchmaker uses the HoneyBee client portal, they'll send you a link to sign in. From there you can keep your own details up to date. Otherwise, contact your matchmaker directly.
How do I delete my HoneyBee account?
Email info@withhoneybee.com, or follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy. We verify your identity first, and we usually complete deletion requests within 24 hours. If you signed up through a matchmaking firm, you can also ask that firm to delete your profile.
